These terms govern your use of this website and any freight or logistics service booked through it from JTW Haulage Ltd ("JTW Haulage", "we", "us"), registered in England & Wales, with its depot at 14 Kesteven Court, Habrough, Immingham, DN40 3AN, United Kingdom. By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
We provide road freight transport and logistics services, including full-load, part-load, express and cross-border consignments, for business and individual customers. All services are quote-based: you describe your route and load through our contact form or by phone, and our dispatch team responds with a price and proposed schedule.
Quotes are based on the route, weight, dimensions and timing details you provide. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in a revised quote before collection. A booking is confirmed once a quote has been formally accepted by you and acknowledged by us — this website does not process payments or take bookings automatically.
Prices quoted are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. We do not take payment through this website. Payment terms — typically bank transfer or invoice — are agreed directly with our dispatch team once a quote is accepted. Account customers with agreed credit terms are invoiced according to their contract.
Collection and delivery windows are estimates based on normal operating conditions. While we plan with buffer time, JTW Haulage is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, traffic incidents, port or border delays, customs processing, and vehicle breakdowns.
You are responsible for accurately describing your goods, declaring their weight and dimensions, and packaging them adequately for road transport. We reserve the right to decline consignments that are inadequately packaged, mislabelled, or contain prohibited or dangerous goods not declared in advance.
For shipments crossing into the EU or other jurisdictions, you must provide accurate information for customs documentation. While we prepare standard paperwork as part of our cross-border service, you remain responsible for the accuracy of the underlying information about your goods.
Our liability for loss or damage to goods in transit is limited in line with standard UK road haulage practice and any applicable carriage conventions. We recommend customers with high-value or fragile goods arrange appropriate insurance cover. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or submit false information through our forms or booking process.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or booking of services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
