This policy covers cancellations and refunds for services booked through this website's quote request process. It applies alongside our Terms of Service. As we do not take payment through this site, any deposit or payment will have been arranged directly with our dispatch team — this policy explains how cancellations and refunds of that payment are handled.
To cancel a booking, contact our dispatch desk as soon as possible by phone on +44 7853 156995 or by email at info@jtwhaulage.online, quoting your name and booking date.
If we are unable to complete a booked collection or delivery due to a failure on our part, we will offer a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances, or rebook the service at no extra charge where appropriate. We are not liable to refund bookings affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control (see our Terms of Service), though we will always work with you to find a practical solution.
If a booking cannot proceed because the information provided about the goods, weight, dimensions or access was inaccurate or incomplete, any refund will be assessed case by case and may be reduced to reflect costs already incurred (e.g. a vehicle sent to collect).
Approved refunds are issued using the same method the original payment was made by (e.g. bank transfer), normally within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation terms for bespoke quotes, recurring contracts, or invoiced business accounts are set out in the specific agreement provided at the time of quoting, and take precedence over the standard terms above.
